La deuxième édition du congrès européen ENRIO s’est tenue à Paris les 7 et 8 septembre 2023. Cet événement du réseau européen des offices d’intégrité scientifique a été organisé par l’Ofis en partenariat avec Sorbonne Université. Au cours de ces deux journées, 230 personnes venues de 28 pays ont participé aux travaux sur l’intégrité scientifique des 14 interventions plénières et des 50 interventions en sessions parallèles, panels et worskhops.

ENRIO 2023 Congress on Research Integrity Practice
Dans le cadre de ses missions de coopération internationale et d’animation et de prospective, l’Ofis a organisé le congrès européen du European Network of Research Integrity Offices (ENRIO) en partenariat avec Sorbonne Université.
Nathalie Drach-Temam, présidente de Sorbonne Université, Claire Giry, directrice générale de la recherche et de l’innovation, Pierre Corvol, de l’Académie des Sciences, Thierry Coulhon, président du Hcéres, et Pierre Ouzoulias, sénateur et membre de l’OPECST ont ouvert cette deuxième édition du congrès bisannuel qui réunit la communauté européenne de l’intégrité scientifique autour de grands enjeux.
En 2023, plus que jamais, l’environnement de recherche apparaît comme un facteur clé des pratiques responsables. Les intervenants se sont interrogés sur les conditions propices au respect des exigences de l’intégrité scientifique : intégrité institutionnelle, rôle des bailleurs de fonds, encadrement doctoral, attractivité des métiers de la recherche. Le congrès a aussi abordé le traitement des manquements à l’intégrité scientifique au travers de témoignages : quelles évolutions sont à prévoir en matière de transparence ? de procédures ? de protection des lanceurs d’alerte ? Il a également traité de l’articulation entre ces questionnements et d’autres défis que traversent nos sociétés – recherche mondialisée et enjeux de sécurité, utilisation massive des outils d’intelligence artificielle.
Des personnalités aux profils variés – acteurs de projets européens, chercheurs du domaine, référents d’établissements, représentants des instances nationales et européennes, bailleurs de fonds – sont intervenues sur ces thèmes lors des 14 sessions plénières ou des quelque 50 contributions aux panels et ateliers.
